Extra persons 100,- euro per person per week
The rental price includes:
- Staff and gardener
- domestic help (cooking, washing / ironing and cleaning of your villa)
- security
- helpdesk
- tourist tax
- 10% Government tax
- welcome pack, the first night dinner and breakfast the next morning
- Towels and change of linen
The rental price is excluding energy costs. The price of energy in normal usage is € 2.00 per day per person this is to pay / deduct the deposit.
Payment
Within eight days of booking a deposit of 30% of the rent. After the deposit, your booking is final.
The remainder of the rent, a security deposit of 250 euros must be paid. 2 months before the final date
The deposit will be returned within two weeks after returning less energy costs and damages. The amount which has been paid will not be returned.
Cancellation and Travel Insurance you must take care of yourself.
By paying the fee to indemnify the owners of the villa all liability for personal injury and damage to property during your stay in the villa.
Obtaining tickets can be if you wish, provided by us, of course, upon approval of the offer made by us.
For a holiday in Bali, you need a visa. This visa can be obtained upon arrival in Denpasar. The price of the visa is 23 euros or 25 dollars
